At a Special Church Meeting on Tuesday evening 13 October the Church voted overwhelmingly to call Andy King as our new Youth & Children’s Pastor. We thank God for his leading and look forward with anticipation to a new season in the life of the Church with a newly-built team following the appointment of Steve Fenton in October 2008 and David Lockwood’s appointment in September 2009.
Andy is thirty-four, is married to Esther and has four young sons. For the last six years Andy has worked as a Youth Leader for LinX Christian Trust in the Torbay area. Prior to that he served for four years as a Youth Worker in Brighton. We are delighted to have Andy onboard and look forward to welcoming Andy, Esther and the boys to Hertford early in the New Year.
