Communion has been a key part of Christian celebration throughout the history of the church. Many of us will have our own preferences about how we like to remember Jesus’ sacrifice. The people of Corinth had their preferences and Paul writes to them to remind them of the heart of this festival and to challenge them in how they are celebrating. We also need to hear those challenges today.
